Customer Interface Unit (CIU), is offered to enter recharge tokens and information by short codes. A communication module will be installed in CIU to facilitate users to check the use status, recharge or query the information they want to know at any time when the gas meter is elsewhere and users cannot reach or touch inconvenient places.To do this, you just need to enter the corresponding broken code on the CIU keyboard.However, there is only one corresponding CIU for each user's gas meter, and their table number is corresponding to facilitate the information exchange between each other.Avoid interference between two users who are close to each other and have the same CIU number when sending messages.Therefore, if the User's CIU is lost or damaged, it will be a trouble to replace it with a new CIU. The manufacturer needs to re-install the CIU with the corresponding table number and reset it.These operations down, will take a lot of time, and will incur some costs.Therefore, attention should be paid to the use of CIU to avoid damage and loss.
